The Opportunity

Renewable baseload power and digital infrastructure at one site

OM Power 1, LLC is advancing a phased geothermal power project together with the potential for co-located data center infrastructure. The project brings together an established geothermal development program, an approximately 150-acre industrial-zoned site, and the opportunity for direct integration of generation and data-center electrical infrastructure.

Substantial geothermal exploration, drilling, resource evaluation, engineering, permitting and utility work has already been undertaken. The next stage is focused on completing the remaining technical and commercial work required for phased development.

OG-1 was drilled to approximately 3,775 feet and recorded temperatures of approximately 250°F. Prior evaluation and testing provide a technical basis for continued wellfield development, additional drilling and final resource confirmation.

The site also benefits from documented geothermal manifestations and a broader history of geothermal investigation in the Olene Gap area.
