Baseload renewable power
Geothermal generation can produce electricity continuously rather than depending on intermittent solar or wind conditions. This makes it particularly relevant for facilities that value predictable, around-the-clock energy supply.
The current development objective is an initial approximately 5 MW phase followed by expansion to 10 MW and more, subject to final engineering and resource confirmation.

Match capital deployment to confirmed resource and demand
A phased development allows additional drilling, power-plant capacity and supporting infrastructure to be sequenced as technical confirmation and commercial demand advance.

Integration opportunity
For a co-located data center, geothermal generation creates the potential for a direct relationship between generation capacity, critical-load planning, on-site electrical architecture and long-term power costs.
